In the mail today
Mailman arrives with a huge cardboard box the size of a vinyl and says “Got a package for you”
All I could think was “I don’t remember ordering any vinyl… what is this?”
I open the box to find a HUGE book inside; it’s Steven Wilson’s latest album, The Raven that Refused to Sing (and other stories).
That’s the most awesome CD packaging ever… I mean seriously. It’s literally a huge story book with 2 CDs, one DVD and one Blu-Ray inside; and a written story for each of the album’s songs. This thing’s just perfect. Oh my god. Just when I thought there was no way Steven Wilson could surprise me more than how he did with Grace for Drowning…
I cannot wait to put that on my sound system and dream again.
